RESERVATION-CANCELLATION POLICY

ARMONIA VILLA welcomes visitors from April 1 to October 31.

The minimum night stay policy is 4 days.

Check-in: from 15:00

Check-out: at 11:00

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION-PAYMENT

CANCELLATION POLICY

For any cancellation made within 30–75 days prior to the arrival, the cancellation fee will be equal to the amount of the prepayment (30% of the total rental amount).

For any cancellation made within 15-30 days prior the arrival, 70% of the total rental amount will be retained.

For any cancellation made within 15 days or less prior the arrival, as well as in case of no-show or departure before the scheduled date, the total rental amount will be retained.

A prepayment (30% of the total rental amount) is required in order to confirm the reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid up to 30 days before arrival.

RESTRICTIONS

• Maximum number of visitors: 4 people
• Smoking is prohibited indoors
• Pets are not allowed inside the residence
